Being a mother it is obvious to remain concerned for the baby’s health and its needs. One of the major concerns among all mothers is developing baby’s brain. Every parent wants to raise his or her child in such way that the baby can become smart and intelligent. Well, this concern is genuine so, there should always such way which can help you make your child’s mind sharp.

The first three years of a baby’s life are critical for the intelligence growth. At this age, he figures out how to think, react and solve the problems. Activities like playing games, listening to music and your conversation with your little work well for the brain improvement.

Another major benefit of giving Avocado is that it reduces the risk of hypertension in babies because of high amount of B-complex vitamins in it.


Whole Grains :

Whole grains are also a good source of energy and perform in a right way to enhance the brain power in babies. It slowly releases glucose into the bloodstream and also contains glycemic index which can make your little smart and alert. Furthermore, it also contains folate, which is highly necessary for the right performance of the brain.


So, if you have not started yet giving whole grains to your kid, you must start it from today. By doing so you can see various changes in your child’s overall health.


Egg :

Egg is one of the major sources of the nutrition. It is enriched with the nutrients like omega 3 fatty acids, zinc, lutein and choline, which are great to enhance the concentration.
